Sign Up for Alerts
CodeRED allows the Town of Hot Springs to rapidly deliver emergency alerts and time-sensitive information to specific geographic areas or directly to individuals who have registered to receive notifications. Alerts may include information related to emergency conditions, road closures or detours, water line breaks or boil water advisories, weather-related directives, and facility or service closures. Depending on the nature and severity of the situation, notifications may be delivered via phone call, text message (SMS), email, mobile app push notifications, IPAWS, and other available channels.
Step One:
Register for an account by signing up using this link. This link ensures you’re connected to the Town of Hot Springs’ system. Signing up through the app alone may not ensure you receive all messages.
After confirming your email, be sure to add your cell number under “Device Details” and your home address under “Location Details” to link your information, then click Save.
Step Two:
Download the CodeRED app and sign in with the account you just created.
