The Town of Hot Springs holds public hearings to gather resident input on decisions that shape our community. These hearings may concern grant applications, planning and redevelopment, budgets, or other matters that affect residents and visitors. Whatever the topic, they all share the same purpose: giving the public a voice in keeping our community safe, connected, and thriving.
Notice of Public Hearing: Commercial District Revitalization Grant for the Community Center and Old Jail
The Town of Hot Springs will hold a public hearing on July 13, 2026, at 6 PM to gather citizen input on a CDBG-CDR grant application. The proposed project would rehabilitate the Community Center and the Old Jail building downtown to support community use and renewed commercial activity. A public comment period runs July 13 through July 27, 2026.
Public Hearing: CDBG-CI Grant Application for a Fire Department Substation and Resilience Hub
The Town of Hot Springs will hold a public hearing on July 13, 2026, at 6 PM to gather citizen input on a CDBG-CI grant application. The proposed project would build a new Volunteer Fire Department substation at 94 Forest Service Road that also serves as a community resilience hub. A public comment period runs July 13 through July 27, 2026.
