The newly reopened Town Hall at 186 Bridge Street now has a payment drop box. If you can’t come in during office hours, you can leave your payment in the drop box when the office is closed.
What you can pay
You can use the drop box for water, sewer and tax bills.
Where to find it
The drop box is beside the front entrance of Town Hall.
How to use it
- Put your payment in a sealed envelope.
- Write your name and address on the envelope so staff can apply your payment to the right account.
- Pay by check or money order made out to Town of Hot Springs.
When your payment is collected
Staff collect payments from the drop box daily.
Office hours
Town Hall is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except holidays. You can still pay in person during those hours.
